I have a First Class honours degree in Sport Science from Swansea University, and am currently working on an MSc by research project. I have also worked as a trainer at Force S&C and as a student demonstrator at my University. I have also played professional rugby for the Cardiff Blues, and I currently play semi-professional rugby for Newport RFC.
